PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
In order to be considered for employment by Midwest Protection, Inc. you must meet the following minimum requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

Furnish proof of Legal Right to Work and Remain in the United States.

Have No Disqualifying Criminal History.

Posses a High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable means of transportation.

Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen.

Pass a Criminal, Employment, and Personal Reference Check.

Provide a stable employment history and be of strong moral character.

Ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations.

Must have strong oral and written communication skills.

Willing to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.

Ability to withstand inclement weather conditions and/or extended periods of sitting, walking, and/or standing.
EMPLOYMENT PREFERENCE
Employment Preference is given to qualified applicants with at least two years of Security Experience, U.S. Military Service with an Honorable Discharge, and/or any other form of Public Safety Related Background.
